The theme is ‘Early Harvest’.Here’s the menu:


Heirloom tomato, Monforte white cheese curd, arugula, toasted hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, cider walnut oil reduction

Wine: Kacaba Unwooded Chardonnay VQA

Main Course

Roasted Muscovy duck breast, grilled corn and sweet potato hash, French green beans, butter poached baby leeks, elderberry gastrique.

Wine: Beringer Founders Estate Cabernet Sauvignon


Chocolate, blueberry and pecan flan with peach rum sauce and French vanilla ice cream
